Pork with Apricot Chutney
Boneless loin of pork, pan-fried and served with warmed apricot chutney. Served with stuffing and green beans on the side.
Sometimes I feel like I'm constantly thinking about food. Especially about what to make for dinner. Pasta? Steak? Something Indian? So I think of what to make then start searching for a recipe. I find the recipe, but it's never exactly right. I simplify it the recipe and then scale it down. Then I make it and more things are changed.
